Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

photo 1Not too long ago, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy was only used by large hospitals for treating severely infected wounds. Now HBOT has gain acceptance for the treatment of a wide range of conditions, including post stroke, Alzheimer’s, depression, diabetic foot ulcers, immune disorder, skin rejuvenation, learning and developmental disabilities, etc.

HBOT has been shown to be very effective in cosmetic treatments such as skin and tissue rejuvenation, skin toner, cellulite, wrinkle, stress, depression, etc. HBOT significantly increase the production of collagen by markedly increases the oxygen available within the blood this in turn enables fibroblasts to produce increased amounts of collagen.

HBOT is separated into two types of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy; high pressure and mild or low pressure. High pressure is generally referred to as hospital grade HBOT; only high pressure HBOT can deliver 100% pure oxygen, mild hyperbaric can deliver a maximum of 60% pure oxygen. Esthelis Clinic use high pressure HBOT chamber at our state of the art facility, which specializes in aesthetic applications. With the right combination of high pressure and 100% pure oxygen drives the oxygen into the bloodstream at a very high concentration so that it can spread deep into the body tissues to restore youth.
